Promotion valid for condominiums of MARINA TOWER Holding GmbH in the Marina Tower.The promotion is limited in time and only valid upon receipt of a binding offer for the purchase from 01.03.2024 up to and including 30.06.2024 and subject to acceptance by MARINA TOWER Holding GmbH.

For reasons of simpler processing, the advertised assumption of the real estate transfer tax is carried out by a corresponding reduction of the purchase price in the amount of 3.5% of the (gross) purchase price for the apartment, storage and/or parking spaces (but in each case without special request costs).The land transfer tax incurred as a result of the purchase is therefore to be paid by the buyers themselves, as are the land register registration fees and land register entry fees.
